Entry-level Golf CSR/Sales Position (Tucson, AZ)
Description:
Successful candidate will represent and sell products and/or services to internal and external customers in defined area. Candidate will be primarily calling on Golf & Turf accounts. Will ensure internal and external customer satisfaction achieve model profitability; work with management to create an annual forecast of anticipated sales; growth revenues. Will effectively sell parts and service, maintain and grow relationships with both new and existing customers. Must be able to provide robust customer service through a positive attitude, have excellent organizational skills and effective follow up; outstanding communication skills a must; ability to adapt communications style to the person and/or situation, work with all departments to facilitate customer orders and process paperwork timely and accurately. Become comfortable with financing options in order to assist customers; constantly strive to improve knowledge on features of all equipment potentially saleable by dealership as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Job Requirements:
High integrity, loyal, team player, excellent communicator both written and verbal, organized, highly motivated. Ability to multi task effectively, stay organized and operate under stress. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pull a trailer and haul equipment. Long hours may be required to maximize sales and achieve/surpass annual goals. Must be able to work flexible hours, Saturday work schedule will be required. Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Tucson residents preferred.
Salary depends on experience.
