Duties:

·        The superintendent is responsible for the operation of club house areas and the golf course grounds maintenance. The superintendent will be in constant contact with the GM at the property with daily maintenance and agronomic practices. 

·        Daily maintenance duties will be performed to maintain the golf course to the highest standards and quality at all times.

·        Able to prepare an annual budget and maintain the budget for the entire year.

·        Responsible for hiring, training, and making sure staff is following all safety practices.

·        Responsible for overseeing 2 maintenance employees for the hotel grounds also.

Depending of Experience

Requirements:

·        Minimum Two (2) year Turf degree

·        Three (3) – Five (5) years golf course management

·        Acquire pesticide/chemical license

·        At least Two (2) years as a Golf Course Superintendent

·        Able to have scheduling skills and work closely with Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for daily tasks.
