| Duties: | Analyzes blueprints, google earth, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects, or services. Measures properties to develop comprehensive list and measurements of all landscape take-off items. Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness. Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Supports the sales team, as well as handling customer and prioritizing customer requests. Prepares renewal contracts and quotes for existing clients. Reviews gross margin of existing jobs to help when re-bidding contracts. Participates in industry events, networking functions, and conferences. |
| Salary: | $28,000 - $33,000 Depending on experience |
