| Duties: | Plan daily maintenance landscaping tasks Manage multiple crews which include mobile crews and onsite crews Monitor and record equipment maintenance and distribution Insure the implementation of health and safety operations Must have extensive irrigation knowledge Clearly communicate with all levels of the organization Must be able to implement, execute, monitor, and record all quality issues Maintain records within the company’s business software Be able to identify plant health issues & irrigation problems. Provide hands on training for crew members in all landscape tasks |
| Salary: | $35,000 – $42,000 Based on experience (Plus Commission) |

| Requirements: | 5+ years of experience preferably in the Golf Course Industry Supervisory and Management skills Irrigation experience Extreme attention to detail, Problem solving skills Bilingual - English/Spanish (speaking, writing and reading) Valid AZ drivers license & acceptable driving record Desert landscape knowledge Some computer skills |
