| Duties: | Manage 20+ crew in season Course applications and record keeping Train employees by example and be able to get out of your cart Daily evaluate course setup to exceed member expectations Assist in irrigation planning and water records Constant clear communication with Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Chaparral Pines |
| Salary: | $38,000 - $40,000 Depending On Experience |
| Benefits: | Health Insurance after 90 days, 401k after 1 year company match 50% of 3%, FSA options, Vacation after 1 year, Uniforms, Golf, Lunch, Annual Cactus & Pine, GCSA and GCSAA dues |
| Requirements: | Two (2) – Four (4) year degree preferred At least One (1) year experience as an Assistant Obtain/Hold an AZ Spray license within 90 days of employment Rainbird irrigation experience preferred Must be able to work on a team with positive attitude Knowledge of cool season disease and insects Self-motivated with an eye for detail Able to golf Must be able to lift 50 lbs |
