2nd Irrigation Technician/Repair

Course Name:

Hillcrest Golf Club

Duties:

Assists Foreman and Irrigation Tech on daily repairs of a Rain Bird irrigation system. Responsible for daily upkeep of the system and must provide feedback on changes to the system. Will keep notes and logs on all repairs and parts used. Will be available to assist with other golf course maintenance practices as required.

Salary:

Full-time:  $10.00 -$11.00 Hourly

Requirements:

Experience with Rain Bird golf irrigation preferred. General golf course maintenance and landscaping experience needed as well. Familiar with using all related irrigation resources including maps, required tools, etc. Must be hands-on, reliable, and have strong work ethic. Spanish speaking abilities preferred.

Hillcrest is a public golf course in Sun City West with approx. 150 acres turf on a block style irrigation system.  Traditional style course with tree lined fairways and several large lakes. The course uses older impact style heads along with many newer rotors.
