Duties:

Training and supervision of staff on a daily basis, work with Superintendent on short and long term goals. Fertilizer and chemical calibration, application and record keeping. Irrigation and pump station management and maintenance.

Salary:

$40,000 Plus Bonus Potential

Benefits:

Health insurance after 60 days of employment, Dental and Vision, PTO, Uniforms, Cactus & Pine and GCSAA dues, Golf privileges.

Requirements:

Two (2) or Four (4) year turf degree in turf management, able to obtain AZ pesticide applicators license, hands on motivated crew leader, bi-lingual a plus, sound knowledge of the game of golf.  Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
