Duties: | Assists the Golf Coue Superintendent in all aspects of golf course maintenance operations. Manages the course maintenance operation in the absence of the Superintendent. Assists in personnel management and evaluation, employee safety, personnel discipline and may also plan or modify daily work schedule based on the Superintendent’s direction. |
Salary: | $19.66 - $24.09 Depending On Experience |

Requirements: | Min of four (4) years’ experience on a golf course; including at least one (1) year in a supervisory position. Two (2) or four (4) year degree preferred in Horticulture or Turfgrass Management. Experience past positons may compensate for education in some cases. Applicants must have the ability and qualification to quickly obtain a Structural Pest Control License, AZ Department of Agriculture. Be highly motivated, self-starting and work well with all levels of employees and residents. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual is preferred. Must have a valid AZ Driver’s License for insurance purposes. Exempt position; must be able to work hours as required for the job. |
