| Duties: | Execution of an annual maintenance program under the direction of the Director of Maintenance. Responsible for the training and development of staff, daily course set up, fertilizer and chemical applications, record keeping, and irrigation scheduling. |

| Requirements: | 2 year or 4 year degree in Turf Management or related field preferred. Must have experience at an overseeded course in an arid environment. Keen eye for detail is a must. Ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver. Bilingual a plus. Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel. |

| Comments: | Home of the Butch Harmon School of Golf, Rio Secco Golf Club is a resort style course maintained by IGM. The Golf Course Superintendent will report to the Director of Maintenance who is responsible for both Rio Secco as well as Cascata. With Bentgrass greens, the course overseeds tees, fairways and green surrounds for the season and features numerous desert landscapes surrounding the course. The irrigation system is controlled by Rain Bird central control. |
