Duties:

Plan and communicate daily maintenance tasks to staff. Instruct operators on proper use and safety of equipment. Manage pesticide operations and calibrate equipment. Ability to work with irrigation tech on maintenance of Rain Bird irrigation system. Assist with personnel management: evaluations, disciplinary actions, safety meetings and daily scheduling. 

Salary:

$35,500- $40,000 Depending on Experience

Requirements:

·        Able to work 45 plus hours a week.

·        Manage a crew of 14-16.

·        Attend committee meetings as required.

·        Detail oriented and a passion for the job.
