Position:	Golf Course Superintendent
Course Name:	Sunland Village East Golf Club, Inc.
Duties:	· Responsible for golf course operations and maintenance. · Purchase, record, apply & supervise all fertilizer, chemical and seed applications · Manage & perform golf course construction and repair projects · Manage Fall overseeding with proper preparation practices and time sensitive completion · Operate and manage deep well functions and irrigation pump station · Manage, record and report data to AZ Dept. Of Water Resources · Hire, train, supervise and assist the Maintenance Crew, Irrigation Specialist and Mechanic · Implement and maintain OSHA standards and records · Develop annual capital equipment recommendations, obtain equipment thru purchasing best practices · Develop and maintain crew schedules, maintenance procedures and policies · Participate in annual budget development and review daily operations expense vs budget and prior year actual's · Collaborate with fellow Managers, Members and customers
Salary:	Annual Salary-Depending on Experience

Requirements:	· Class A Superintendent preferred · Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Golf Superintendent or 1^st Assistant · AZ Dept. Of Agriculture-PUG (Golf Applicator Certification w/ minimum certifications in Ornamental & Turf · Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record · Ability to lift 50lbs or more and operate all equipment · Must be a team player
