St. Mark Golf Club is accepting applications for a position of Irrigation Technician on the Golf Course Maintenance crew. All positions are hourly, with possible overtime available depending on current projects. The Country Club course is currently working on an irrigation upgrade to Hunter’s Pilot system with multiple phases of work including updating controllers, central control and sprinklers. The initial phase of controller installation is almost complete. The Executive golf course currently has Hunter VSX controllers and Surveyor 2 central   control.

Irrigation Tech: Looking for an experienced individual to help make repairs and assist with new installation of golf irrigation components and landscape irrigation installation.  The individual    must have the ability to properly troubleshoot and repair pipe, sprinkler heads, valves and work with the new Hunter components. Also desirable is the ability to properly inspect the system, including the pump stations, for problem areas and being able to generate a priority repair list for those areas. The knowledge of correct greens hand­ watering practices is required as   well.

Pay Range:  $ 15.00 ­ $16.00 per hour Depending On Experience

For successful applicants who demonstrate the correct skills and work ethic, advancement opportunities are possible. Excellent opportunity for the correct individual to be a part of many different projects. All positions are hourly, standard golf course type hours and as mentioned, the possibility for select overtime during projects and other events. The Golf Course Maintenance crew is responsible for the grounds at both golf courses, clubhouses, recreation center and the Lakehouse Hotel and Resort.

St. Mark Golf Club and Lakehouse Hotel are managed by Eat. Drink. Sleep.  Employer participates in E-­Verify.
