Position:                               Golf Course Spray Technician

 

Course Name:                    Tonto Verde Golf Club

 

Duties:                                 

·        Performs a range of activities related to golf course maintenance and construction.

·        Operates mechanical and power equipment to maintain the golf courses and landscaping.

·        Completes tasks related to the position as required.

           

Salary:                                   $13.00 to 15.00 per hour Depending Upon Experience

 

Benefits:                              Health, Dental and Vision Insurance available after probationary period, PTO after 60 Days of Employment, Uniforms, Golf Privileges.

 

Requirements:      

·        Able to obtain an Arizona Pesticide Applicators license in 60 days. 

·        Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

·        Working knowledge of sprayers and spreaders and how to properly calibrate, along with proper application procedures.

Comments:              Tonto Verde is an active adult community with 36-holes of semi-private championship golf, and an 18-hole putting course.  Originally designed by Gary Panks, we are in the 2nd year of a bunker renovation project, overseen by Mike Gogel Golf Design.  All maintenance and irrigation equipment on property is made up of Toro components.
