Duties:

·        Supervise and train foreman, Irrigation Technician, and other employees

·        Monitors maintenance and operation of maintenance equipment and safety training

·        Works closely with Superintendent in managing annual budget and record keeping

·        Works closely with Superintendent in preparing short and long term agronomic strategies

·        Calibrate and operate sprayers and spreaders

Salary:

$38,000 - $45,000 Depending On Experience

Requirements:

One (1) – Three (3) years Turfgrass Experience, Degree preferred, Supervisory Experience required, Basic computer skills, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
