Duties:

·        Daily supervision / Management of Staff

·        Scheduling

·        Record keeping

·        Fertilizer / Spray Application

·        Safety controller

·        Toro Site Pro Irrigation converting to Lynx

·        Problem solving

·        Ability to lead a tenured staff and possess high character and strong work ethic!

Salary:

$45,000 - $48,000 Depending On Experience

Requirements:

·        Two (2) or Four (4) year degree in Agronomy or related field

·        Knowledge of: Effluent use & Overseeding in the Valley

·        A track record of Outstanding Leadership and Crew Management.
