Duties:

Repairs sprinklers, piping and associated components.

Assists in operation and maintenance of irrigation/drainage systems.

Participates in daily monitoring of all common area turf and landscaped areas.

Performs other duties as assigned by Common Areas Manager and/or Assistant Common Areas Manager.

Salary:

$15.00 to $17.00 hourly

Valid Arizona Drivers’ License
