Duties: | 1) Responsible for all aspects of golf course maintenance and operation including sourcing and staffing for all maintenance crew positions 2) Individual will be responsible for the establishment, oversight and execution of all future capital improvements 3) A keen understanding that your performance will determine the success of the maintenance department team and that course conditioning and playability will be directly attributed as such. 4) Self-motivated leader with a passion for exceeding industry standards 5) Positive, adaptive and result driven team player 6) Ability to effectively communicate with ownership, executive team, maintenance staff, golfers and public 7) Ability to explain, promote and execute irrigation philosophies to positively impact playing conditions and turf health 8) Capable of producing thoughtful and informational reports to convey department success stories and areas of needed improvement 9) Ability and experience to obtain all required licenses and/or certifications as required by the state of Arizona |
Salary: | $50,000 to $80,000 Depending On Experience |

Requirements: | 1) A strong leader committed to setting positive examples as they will be a primary factor in the success of the department 2) Possess a 2 or 4-year Degree or Certificate in Turfgrass Management or Horticulture from a reputable program 3) Self-starter possessing passion for exceeding standards 4) Minimum of 5 years progressive experience working on a golf course 5) Must be a positive, adaptive and forward-thinking team player |
