Duties: | Peoria's Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities Department is seeking a Sports Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate and oversee the daily maintenance and operations performed at a Community Park. The position will require primary onsite supervision and coordination of events, schedules and projects in the absence of the Community Parks Superintendent. This is accomplished by supervising staff that is engaged in the maintenance and landscaping of the park. Other duties may include completing related tasks as assigned. |
Salary: | Hiring Range: $52,898 – $59,212 ~ Depending On Experience |

Requirements: | Minimum Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalency and 3-5 years of similar work experience required · Work requires a comprehensive, practical knowledge of a technical field · Valid AZ driver’s license · The ability to obtain a pesticide applicator license from Arizona Department of Agriculture within six months Additionally, our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled, safety conscious, punctual team player with a high work ethic. Someone that understands that they will be hired to perform a full time job that is schedule and work order driven. You will need to be comfortable and able to execute your essential functions in high traffic public use areas. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work both individually and with a team, while understanding that there will be times where it is necessary to act cross-functionally when the Division's workload demands. |
