Golf Course Greenskeepers, Irrigation and Spray Technicians

Facility:

Tonto Verde Golf Club

Duties:

Performs a range of activities related to golf course maintenance and construction.

 

Operates mechanical and power equipment to maintain the golf courses and landscaping.

 

Completes tasks related to the position as required.

Salary:

$14.00+ per hour depending upon experience with 90-day performance review/raise.  Overtime is available

Benefits:

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

 

Required to work 40 hours per week, which include weekends and holidays.

 

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand and reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and regularly lift and/or move 50+ pounds.

Tonto Verde is an active adult community with 36-holes of semi-private championship golf, and an 18-hole putting course.  Originally designed by Gary Panks, the courses were renovated in 2017 and 2018 and overseen by Mike Gogel Golf Design.  All maintenance and irrigation equipment on property is made up of Toro components
