Golf Course Superintendent 

Facility: 

Red Mountain Ranch Country Club 6425 E. Teton Circle, Mesa, AZ/Painted Mountain Golf Club 6210 E. McKellips Rd. Mesa, AZ 85215

 

Duties: 

Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and be able to effectively communicate to staff and members.       

·      Responsible for all aspects of course operations and maintenance.  

·      Manage winter overseeding with proper practices in a timely manner 

·      Hire, train, assist and supervise all maintenance staff members  

·      Plan all schedules, procedures and policies for all crew members 

·      Complete involvement in all aspects of the irrigation system (Pumps, sprinklers, programming, troubleshooting and repairs) 

 

Salary: 

Depends on Experience

Requirements: 

Must have Three (3) or more years-experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. Must have or be able to obtain a chemical applicator license within 6 months of hire.
