| Position: Facility: Duties: · Salary: Benefits: Requirements: · Responsible to: Submit Resume: Available: Deadline To Apply: Comments: | Equipment Manager Bear Creek Golf Complex ~ Chandler, AZ · Conduct an effective preventative maintenance program to reduce mechanical failure and poor performance on all golf course equipment · Repair of all equipment and golf carts. · Keep repair and maintenance records on all equipment · Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical problems for all maintenance equipment · Set heights and sharpen blades on the cutting units. Make cuts, welds and braze as needed in repairing equipment and mowing units · Maintain a clean shop area and keep it orderly and efficient · Maintain an adequate supply of parts · Assure proper disposal of all related hazardous materials · Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager $50,000 - $60,000 Depending on Experience · Health Insurance · Dental Insurance · Vision Insurance · 401(k) with company match · Paid Time Off · Paid Holidays · Golf Privileges · Uniforms
