| Duties: | · Perform all mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance of a more complex nature on Landscape golf maintenance equipment to ensure equipment is in the best possible working condition. · Employees are responsible for keeping up to date on operating procedures and policies and work with little to no oversight. |
| Salary: | $18.23 Per Hour |

| Requirements: | · High school diploma or general education degree (GED) · Two years mechanical training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Two years hands on general maintenance and mechanical experience · Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems in maintenance equipment. |
| Responsible to: Responsible to (cont.): | · Perform a variety of maintenance, construction, and repair work. · Electrical and hydraulic systems. Arc welding and fabrication techniques · Principles and practices of inspection, troubleshooting and repair of internal combustion and diesel engines and performance of difficult maintenance procedures. · Works independently in the absence of supervision. Ability to read, write and speak English. · Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence. · Communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization ensuring effective interactions. · Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. · Interpret variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. |
