Spray Tech (2 Availabilities)

Course Name:

Sun City Grand Cimarron Golf Club and Granite Falls Golf Club

Duties:

 Apply pesticides and fertilizers; calibrate various chemical/fertilizer application devices; maintain all equipment pertinent to the application of pesticides /fertilizers;

Record keeping; report irregularities in course turf/plant quality to Superintendent or Assistant; maintain

communication with Qualifying Party licensee; provide on-going communication with Superintendent regarding pest control concerns; keep current with events and activities occurring at Sun City Grand; and perform other duties as assigned.

Depending On Experience

Requirements:

Arizona Structural Pest Control Certification preferred (must obtain within 30 days of hire).

2+ years golf course maintenance experience, minimum 1 year experience in pest control

activities; experience with application equipment and calibration techniques; or a combination of

education, experience and training that indicates the ability to successfully perform the essential

functions of the position. Must possess, and maintain, a valid Arizona driver’s license.
