Sun City Grand Cimarron Course

Duties:

Prepare and apply proper amounts of material to target area; identify golf course diseases, pests and weeds and initiate appropriate control measures; evaluate, diagnose and make recommendations; apply pesticides and fertilizers; calibrate various chemical/fertilizer application devices; maintain all equipment pertinent to the application of pesticides /fertilizers; report irregularities in course turf/plant quality to Superintendent or Assistant; maintain communication with Qualifying Party licensee; provide on-going communication with Superintendent regarding pest control concerns; keep current with events and activities occurring at Sun City Grand; and perform other duties as assigned.

Depending on Experience

Requirements:

2+ years golf course maintenance experience, minimum 1 year experience in pest control activities; experience with application equipment and calibration techniques; or a combination of education, experience and training that indicates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Must possess, and maintain, a valid Arizona driver’s license.  Arizona Structural Pest Control Certification preferred (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
