Duties: | Assists the Golf Course Superintendent In all aspects of golf course maintenance operations. Manages the course maintenance operation in the absence of the Superintendent. Assists in personnel management & evaluation, employee safety, personnel discipline and may also plan or modify daily work schedule based on the Superintendent’s direction |
Salary: | $19.66 to $24.09 per hour ~ Depending on Experience |

Requirements: | Minimum of four (4) years’ experience on a golf course; Including at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Two (2) or Four (4) year degree preferred in Horticulture or Turfgrass Management. Experience and past positions may compensate for education in some cases. Applicants must have the ability & qualifications to quickly obtain a Structural Pest Control License, Arizona Department of Agriculture; Be highly motivated, self-starting and work well with all levels of employees and residents. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual is preferred. Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License for insurance purposes. Exempt position. Must be able to work hours as required for the job. |
