Course Name: | Integrated Landscape Management (ILM) |
Duties: | Handle all aspects of irrigation repair and irrigation management of various properties within the ILM portfolio. Properties include commercial, retail, and HOA residential in the East Valley. Assess and complete initial property audits along with irrigation PMI for each new property that is acquired. Install new components and make improvements as scheduled and needed at any given property. Follow and organized schedule and operation on a daily basis while operating a company vehicle. Must be able to take photos, email, and document specific repair outlines on a daily basis. Additional Job Description to be provided upon interviewing |
Salary: | $16.00/hour |

Requirements: | Must have quality experience in all aspects of irrigation repair including PVC and Poly Line installation and repair. Valve structure, parts, and repair knowledge are crucial regarding electrical valves in the field. Must be able to provide a valid drivers’ license, MVD records, and have a quality driving record. Must be able to proficiently use a smart phone for email, documentation, and mapping purposes. |
