Duties: | Apply herbicides and foliar fertility products on all East Branch Properties in the ILM portfolio. Properly understand labels, tank mixes, and herbicides that will be used in chemical application. Show strict compliance with PPE, OPM, and OSHA requirements during all transport, mixing, and application. Operation of a company truck on a daily basis which includes a trailer with mix tanks and utility equipment. Show specific understanding in driving patterns, time efficiency, and applications at individual properties based on allocated hours per application. Portfolio of properties includes HOA Residential, Commercial, and Retail properties. Additional Job Description to be Provided upon Interviewing |
Salary: | $18.00/hour |

Requirements: | Must currently possess or be able to immediately obtain pesticide applicators license through the Arizona OPM. Core, T&O, and Right of Way Weed certification will be required for this employee. Valid Drivers’ License, MVD Record, and quality background will be required for vehicle operation. Must have valid and current experience with pesticide and chemical application on turf, hardscape, and ornamentals. Must be able to proficiently use a smart phone for email, documentation, and mapping purposes. |
