Duties:

Essential Functions:

This list of essential functions is not exhaustive and might be supplemented as necessary.

Duties	Average % of time
· Repair and maintain irrigation systems.	60%
· Perform golf course maintenance activities utilizing proper methods.	25%
· Install irrigation system additions and modifications.	10%
· Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all training and safety meetings).	5%

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

· Clean maintenance area and equipment.

· Report any conditions or challenges that need attention to the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.

Other Duties

· Assimilate into JDM Golf PRIDe⁴ (Exceed Expectations, Every Guest, Every Time) culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDe⁴.

· Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.

Salary:

$10.00 to $12.50 per hour Depending On Experience

Requirements:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requests for reasonable accommodation will be reviewed by the Company.

· Ability to recognize, communicate and/or resolve irrigation repair and maintenance challenges.

· Ability to operate, repair and maintain irrigation system, pump station, irrigation computer system.

· Ability to safely operate golf course equipment.

· Knowledge of the methods, techniques, tools, and equipment used in golf course irrigation repair and maintenance.

· Ability to work alone with limited supervision, follow instructions and be detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements

Frequency key: rare, occasional, frequent, or constant. For lifting enter estimated lbs. At 10, 25, 50, or 50+.

This position requires the ability to walk long distances on all types of terrain, stand, bend, and kneel for long periods in a harsh outdoor environment.

Safety Requirements

OSHA laws require the use of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing work duties that have potential risk to your health or safety.

If necessary, team members will be trained in the proper use and care of assigned PPE. JDM Golf provides the required PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly.

This position is designated as a "safety sensitive" position as defined by Arizona House Bill 2541. The essential functions of the position include tasks or duties that could affect the safety or health of the employee performing the task or others, including any of the following:

· Operating a motor vehicle, other vehicle, equipment, machinery or power tools.

· Repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment or machinery, the malfunction of which could result in injury or property damage.

Work Environment

Work environment is typical of an open golf course. The temperature and weather conditions of the work area are affected by outside conditions. Maintenance shops will have odors from fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment fluids. Areas where landscaping equipment are stored may have grass and other landscaping clippings and dirt on the floor. Machinery may contain dirt, oil, and/or grease. Shops are not heated in the winter or cooled in the summer.

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent certificate preferred but not required.

· Five years of experience in golf course maintenance.

· Valid Arizona Driver's License.
