| Duties: | This position assists the Superintendent of Golf course Maintenance in providing high quality golf courses and total guest satisfaction through proper maintenance and repair of equipment and tools. Essential Functions: ·        Repair and maintenance of golf maintenance equipment. ·        Participate in golf maintenance activities utilizing proper technical methods. ·        Seek out and attend continuing education classes/workshops. ·        Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings (including all training and safety meetings. Supportive Functions: ·        In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions: ·        Clean maintenance area and equipment. ·        Maintain repair and inventory logs. ·        Report any conditions or challenges that need attention to the superintendent of Golf course Maintenance. Other Duties: ·        Assimilate into JDM Golf Pride (Exceed Expectations, Every Guest, Every Time) culture through understanding, supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE. ·        Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards. | 
| Salary: | DOE Dependent upon experience. |

| Requirements: | Knowledge, Skills and Abilities      *Extensive knowledge of the repair and maintenance of golf         course equipment utilizing industry standards.      *Extensive knowledge of the tools, supplies, materials and their function in the repair and maintenance of golf course equipment.      *Knowledge of welding equipment and the safe operation of the equipment as it pertains to golf course maintenance.       * Ability to recognize, communicate and/or resolve maintenance and/or repair challenges.       * Ability to safely operate golf course and landscape equipment.       *  Knowledge of golf course maintenance techniques and methods.       *  Leadership abilities.       *  Ability to work alone with limited supervision, follow instructions and be detail-oriented. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to walk long distances on all types of terrain, stand, climb stairs, bend, and kneel for long periods of time in a harsh outdoor environment. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certificate preferred but not required. Two years of experience in in golf course maintenance. Valid Arizona Driver’s license. |
