Duties: | -Assist in the responsibility for all phases of golf course maintenance and Agronomic operations, cost control and personnel -Coordinate, schedule and administer daily tasks to maintenance staff -Train staff on all golf course tasks, procedures and standards, hold staff accountable -Assist with applicant interviews and Human Resource issues |
Salary: | $40,000 - $50,000 Depending On Experience |

Requirements: | -Minimum (2) two year Turf/Agronomy degree or related field -Minimum one (1) – two (2) year’s-experience at the Assistant Superintendent level -Ability to obtain a pesticide applicator’s license within 90 days of hire -Chemical and fertilizer calibration, application, use knowledge and record keeping -Dedicated, reliable and strong work ethic -Desire to become a Golf Course Superintendent -Neat, organized and clean |
