Duties: | ● Supervise, schedule, and train all staff. ● Daily setup and maintain operation of the irrigation system. ● Supervise and record all IPM and fertilizer applications, cultural and maintenance practices for the golf course and grounds. ● Ensure all operations are in accordance of local, state, and federal guidelines. · Ensure all operations are maintained within budgetary guidelines. |

Requirements: | ● Minimum Two (2) years-experience in supervisory of golf course maintenance. ● Degree or certificate in turfgrass or related field. ● Possess or is able to obtain pesticide license within 90 days. ● Excellent time management skills and able to communicate effectively. ● Self-Starter and proactive in the management of the golf course, staff, and equipment within budgetary guidelines. ● Excellent work ethic, "to do what it takes" to complete tasks and maintain company standards for the golf course. ● Highly organized in prioritizing and recording daily tasks, including IPM, fertilizer applications, and cultural practices. ● Must be motivated to become a Golf Course Superintendent. ● Must have a valid driver's license. |
