Duties:

·        Under supervision, works on diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and construction

·        Does semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work, and performs related tasks as required. 

·        Operates mechanical and power equipment utilized in maintenance of turf and ornamentals

Salary:

Depends on Experience

Benefits:

Medical, Dental, Vision after Ninety (90) days of work.

Paid Time Off after One (1) year of work

Requirements:

·        Certified and/or licensed in pesticide usage.

·        Knowledge of the characteristics and cultural requirements of ornamental plants, shrubs, and turf, adapted to the region and of the proper use of fertilizers, soil conditioners, and pesticides utilized in the maintenance of ornamentals and turf. 

·        Ability to operate and calibrate equipment used to fertilize turf and ornamentals. Fundamentals of proper application practices
