Duties: | · Assist in the routine job assignments, train and supervise maintenance staff in said job assignments. · Calibration and application of fertilizer and chemicals to all golf course and clubhouse areas. · Inventory and record keeping of all applications. · Assist in recruiting and hiring of maintenance staff, including student workers. · Assist in budget planning and adherence to set budgets. · Act as Supervisor in the absence of the Golf Course Superintendent. |
Salary: | $45,000 - $55,000 Annually, Depending on Experience. |

Requirements: | · Minimum Two (2) year turf/horticulture related degree preferred. · Golf course management, staff management experience. · Ability to work with college age students. · Bilingual a plus. Basic computer skills. · Valid driver’s license. · Pesticide applicator’s license or the ability to obtain within 60 days. · Avid golfer preferred. |
