Position:	Parks Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:	This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the maintenance, minor construction, and repair of park grounds and facilities, and other landscaped areas.  The position requires a strong focus in leadership towards employee engagement, mentorship and development of the Parks Team.
Salary:	$48,134 - $52,084 Depending On Experience

Requirements:	Associate Degree in Parks and Recreation or related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that provides the desired knowledge, skills & abilities to successfully perform essential functions maybe considered. Over three years of experience in parks maintenance environment or a related field. Over three years of experience supervising parks maintenance employees or a related field. One of the following: Structural Pest Certification (CA) or ISA Certified Arborist; or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
