Duties:

·        Manage 15+ crew in season

·        Course applications and record keeping

·        Train employees by example and be able to get out of your cart

·        Daily evaluate course setup to exceed member expectations

·        Assist in irrigation planning and water records

·        Constant clear communication with Superintendent

Salary:

$45,000

Benefits:

·        Health Insurance after 90 days

·        401k after 1 year company match 50% of 3%, FSA options

·        Golf

·        Annual Cactus & Pine, GCSA and GCSAA dues

Requirements:

·        Two (2) – Four (4) year degree preferred

·        At least One (1) year experience as Assistant

·        Arizona Spray license within Ninety (90) days of employment

·        Rainbird irrigation experience preferred

·        Must be able to work on a team with positive attitude

·        Knowledge of cool season disease and insects

·        Self-motivated with an eye for detail

·        Able to golf

·        Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
