We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual looking to move forward in their career.  The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of our operation here at The Stone Canyon Club including chemical/fertilizer applications, irrigation system maintenance, staff assignment and training, operational budgeting, and communication with other facility departments.  Our goal is to prepare you in every way possible to be a superintendent and further your career.  You will work hand in hand with the Director of Golf Course Operations and the Assistant Superintendent to make Stone Canyon the very best it can be.

Salary:

$37,000 - $45,000 Depending on Experience and Ability

Benefits:

Besides being a part of a great team...uniforms will be provided, golf privileges (playing golf is encouraged), medical benefits after 60 days, with vacation and paid time off beginning after 90 days.  In addition all local and national association dues as well as pesticide applicator training and licensing. 

Requirements:

With the responsibility required of this position, golf course management experience is required.  We welcome all candidates of various experience levels as current assistants in training, 2nd assistant superintendents, and assistant superintendents are encouraged to apply.   A current Arizona pesticide applicator's license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
