Duties: | OB Sports currently has an opening for a qualified Assistant Superintendent in Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates that want to grow with one of the industry’s leading management companies. This is an opportunity to work directly with our regional and national agronomists, with plenty of upward mobility. We have a proven track record of promoting our assistant superintendents into head superintendents in a relatively short amount of time!! Requirements: · An Associate’s degree from an intensive two-year turf grass management program. · Previous work as an assistant to an experienced Golf Course Superintendent is required · Experience with irrigation central computers is preferred along with in-field irrigation experience. · Previous experience with spraying is expected. · Good leadership and communication skills will serve this position well. · Strong work ethic with the desire to become a superintendent. |
Salary: | $45,000 - $50,000 Depending On Experience |
