Requirements:

·         A minimum of Two (2) years golf course maintenance experience

·         Valid Arizona Certified Applicator’s License or the ability to obtain within Ninety (90) days of employment

·         Irrigation experience (troubleshooting, repairs, programming, watering)

·         Experience safely applying and monitoring chemical and fertilizer applications

·         Ability to operate equipment associated with golf course maintenance

·         Project management experience

·         Strong leadership skills including the ability to effectively motivate a team

·         Organizational skills

·         Strong work ethic and attention to detail

·         Applicant must be fast paced and ready to adapt to situations that arise

·         Applicant should show passion for the industry with a mindset of someday becoming a superintendent

·         Bilingual, or willingness to learn Spanish to better communicate with crew
