Duties: | Incumbents oversee the maintenance and upkeep of parks and are responsible for supervising skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and trades staff. Incumbents operate and train others in the use of equipment and machinery; perform quality control activities; coordinate with Recreation staff to assure daily programming and event expectations are met; oversee graffiti eradication; develop staff; resolve customer issues; review plans; recommend projects; initiate and oversee safety program; coordinate purchasing activities and manage inventories; and maintain records. Depending on assignment, incumbents may be required to work evenings, holidays, and weekends to support events and tournaments. |
Salary: | $63,252 – $94,889 |

Requirements: | Vocational degree and five years of directly-related maintenance experience, including two years of lead and/or supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
