Duties:

 

 

·        Tree maintenance for both desert and deciduous trees on the golf course and the Clubhouse.

·        Shrub maintenance on the golf course and the Clubhouse.

·        Inspect and maintain drip irrigation system.

·        Apply pre and post weed control.

·        Manage a small staff for daily maintenance

 

Salary: 

$50,000.00

·        High School Diploma or equivalent.

·        Possess an AZ Pest License or ability to obtain

·        Valid AZ Driver’s License

·        This is a brand new property with over 2000 newly planted trees and over 40 acres of shrubs with decorative rock that needs to be maintained.

·        The Clubhouse is still under construction but covers an additional 25 acres of landscaping.

·        The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of pruning, watering and fertilization of plants.
