Duties:

The purpose of this position is to support the maintenance operations of multiple facilities within the department, to include the City Parks and the Major League spring training complex for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. These operations include maintenance of all plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems for parks facilities.

Salary:

$24.37/per hour - $32.77/per hour       Hiring Range:  $24.37/per hour - $28.58/per hour Depending On Experience

Requirements:

·     Experience:  Four (4) – Six (6) years of experience required in the same or similar previous positions.

·     Knowledge:  Expert or journey level of knowledge of common and uncommon techniques, concepts, methods, practices, procedures, use of forms, routines, etc., of an extremely complex nature.

·     Education: Two-year college program or equivalent combinations resulting in accumulation of similar knowledge or skills.

·     Valid Class “D” Driver’s License upon hire.

·     EPA Universal Certification upon hire.
