Duties: | · Lead a 28-man golf course maintenance staff on a daily basis. · Planning and Organizing the daily tasks of the staff. · Observing and training their duties on the course. · Recordkeeping of work completed. · Communicate with the staff and superintendent any issues that need to be addressed. |
Salary: | $55,000-$65,000 Depending On Experience |

Requirements: | · Certificate, Two (2) year or four (4) year degree in Turfgrass Management or related field · 3+ years of experience working on a golf course · Ideal candidate would be an assertive problem solver with passion for turfgrass management and a desire to grow in the profession. · Overseed experience and experience managing Bentgrass greens would be a plus but not required. |
