| Duties: | · Responsible for daily scheduling, staff training, chemical and fertilizer applications and irrigation controls, programming and repairs. · Daily inspection of the course to ensure it is prepared for play and to prevent or remediate any issues that may occur. · Document all work schedules, applications, training and operations of the course. · Assist in and learn all labor, budget preparation and control, purchasing and inventory control measures in all areas. · Communicate daily maintenance practices to all staff, management and golf shop employees · Other duties as they apply. |
| Salary: | $50,000 - $55,000 Annual Salary Depending On Experience |

| Requirements: | · Have a two- or four-year degree or certificate in Turf Management or related field or working toward your degree. · Minimum of three years golf course maintenance experience. · Must currently have pesticide license in Arizona or can prepare, test and acquire licensing within three months of employment to maintain the position. · Enhanced attention to detail in all areas · Maintain a strong work ethic with attention to detail, compassion for staff and playing conditions and aesthetics with a desire to learn, improve and become a golf course superintendent · Bilingual a plus. |
