Duties:

 

·       Daily communication with the General Manager/Golf Ops. relating to required tasks, course conditions, and maintenance plans.

·       Must have the ability to troubleshoot agronomic problems and issues relating to irrigation and equipment.

·       Promote Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the course to employees, guests, and members.

·       Direct, assist, and delegate to staff members in a team-oriented manner ensuring safe work practices and high job performance.

·       Assist and complete all required communication, training, record keeping and permitting.

 

Salary:

$85,000

Requirements:

 

·       Two or Four year agronomy degree preferred.

·       Superintendent or Assistant Supt. experience required.
