| Duties: | · Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training, evaluating, corrective action, and supervision of the golf maintenance workers; · Maintain and monitor policies and procedures and regular scheduling of staff meetings; · Assist in the preparation of budgets, including forecasting and expense review on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis; · Instruct equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other equipment; · Supervise pesticide applications and/or operate and calibrate pesticide application equipment; · Supervise and participate in the operation and maintenance of pumps, and the maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems; · Oversee scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment to accomplish the work; · Inspect the golf courses and related areas to evaluate how well management standards are being achieved and to effect changes in management programs; · Knowledge of the game of golf, golf rules and methods of play; · Responsible for inventory control and oversees the equipment maintenance programs; · Assist the Superintendent with homeowner concerns/issues; and · Perform other duties as assigned. |
| Salary: | Range is $50,000 - $65,000/per year ~ Depending On Experience |

| Requirements: | · High School diploma or equivalent. · Minimum 5+ years of golf operations lead capacity, and 5+ years’ experience in golf course maintenance. · Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus. · Must possess, and maintain, a valid Arizona driver’s license. |
