Duties:
  • Directly supervising the maintenance employees and assigning daily work assignments
  • Responsible for hiring and training new employees,
  • Appraising performances, disciplining, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
  • Responsible for ensuring the equipment is in working order and regular maintenance is kept up to date
  • Responsible for irrigation scheduling, overseeding procedures, chemical requirements and applications
  • Monitoring and reporting payroll and providing the necessary information to the accounting department

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in:
  • Golf Maintenance, Hiring, Supervising and Training employees
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical task when necessary
  • Familiar with Toro lynx irrigation computer
  • Certificate for spraying or able to obtain
