Duties: | Duties include but not limited to: · Assist in the daily inspection, preventative maintenance and servicing of all golf course equipment · Maintain cutting units at the proper standard and adjusts heights as needed to ensure the highest quality of cut on all turf surfaces · Inspect equipment for deficiencies and report to the equipment manager in a timely manner · Oversee that all equipment is being cleaned and maintained in a proper manner as set out by the equipment manager · Possess basic knowledge of golf course equipment and maintain the ability to assist the Superintendent staff in training when needed |
Salary: | $12.00 - $15.00 Depending on Experience |
Benefits: | Uniforms. Paid 30 minute lunch. Health, Vision and Dental after 90 days. 401k after 180 days. PTO after 1 year. |
Requirements: | · Working knowledge of gasoline, diesel and small engine equipment operation · Knowledge of proper methods for servicing vehicles and equipment · Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment · Ability to communicate effectively and follow oral and written direction · Knowledge of maintaining and sharpening various cutting units · Must show up to work ON TIME and in uniform · Previous golf course experience preferred · Ability to speak Spanish a plus |
