Duties:
Oversee all aspects of golf course maintenance and agronomic operations.
Manage turf health, irrigation systems, landscaping, and grounds equipment.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules and budgets.
Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.
Ensure course conditions meet high standards of playability and safety.
Coordinate with ownership and management regarding improvements, projects, and course presentation.
Salary:
$65,000 Annually

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of golf course maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance.
Ability to lead and motivate a team. Valid driver's license.
Must be reliable, organized, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
